The staff here is thoughtful and hospitable, making you want to come back and should be recognized for their hard work, and the pool area is fantastic too.

Absolutely fabulous. I live in Dubai and therefore used to glamorous 5 star properties. This is definitely up to these standards. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment which was gorgeous. Lcd tv in the living room and all bedrooms. IPod docking station in the living room and master bedroom. Dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer, big store room… Classy interiour with great and comfy furniture and gorgeous bathrooms including rain shower. This is like having your own luxury home. The area is in the upscale part of town so no filth and garbage on the road, quiet street as well.

The breakfast is just "ok". I guess for Indians it's great because of the vast indigenous choices of food but from a western perspective this could use a lot of improvement for such a high standard property. Maybe some consultation from a western chef would help…

The room was well decorated, it had a large bathroom. It was in a very central location, to local shops.

This place is conveniently located near Mumbai airport, offering cozy and quiet rooms with a wide range of food options.

location: the hotel was adjacent to all the buzzing lounges and restaurants near the property, the restuarant and nature. in the evening we went to kangan, located not too far away from the venue. the breakfast was savoury for a hotel of this rating with authentic local cuisine and also indian dishes.

Had to change rooms and someone hid an alarm clock in our kitchen that went off at 5 AM!

The luxurious amenities at this hotel are unbeatable. the spa and wellness centre provided us with a rejuvenating full body massage, and the outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi and sun loungers were the perfect place to unwind. the in-room breakfast and restaurant dinner were exquisite, although we would have liked to see more vegetarian options on the menu.

Although the service was impeccable, we experienced some noise disturbance from the night club located nearby. the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, by offering to switch our room to a quieter part of the venue.

The Italian restaurant served delicious food with a great atmosphere, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. the hotel is located in Koregaon Park, which is a great area with many things to do and see.

We had issues with the service and the electrical system in our room, which put a damper on our overall experience.

The hotel had good complementary facilities including a gym and swimming pool. the hotel was conveniently located near other popular places.

The breakfast buffet could have been better and more diverse in its offerings. the lighting in the room could have been brighter, making it difficult to read in bed.

We loved the hotel's luxurious facilities and the warm hospitality of the staff. The staff members, from the receptionists to the bellboys, were extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel's location is fantastic, with access to classy nightlife and various restaurants in the vicinity. We were also impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and the ample parking space available. The hotel provides transportation, and they were accommodating in arranging our return trip to Mumbai airport amidst the road blockade.

Can't think of anything. In everything wherever possible, the hotel staff went out of their way to provide us with a comfortable stay.
